in need of grilling tips, how to cook scallops wrapped in bacon on a charcoal grill?

You can either use a grill basket to hold them together, or you can use skewers to make them into kabobs to hold them together. Other than that, don’t put them directly over the heat, only around the edges, and cook them just until they are ALMOST done, not totally done, because they will continue cooking after you take them off the grill. Also, you will probably want to pre-cook your bacon to some degree before wrapping your scallops. If you do that in the microwave, it will stay soft enough that you can still wrap the scallops with it. Good luck!
