Should I add Andrew Bynum?

Hey guys, I have the option of adding Andrew Bynum to my lineup and holding out until 2 weeks from this Sunday, which would be 4/6. Supposedly, Bynum would be back by then. A lot of experts think he’ll be “babied” into shape, so his fantasy value by Y! Fantasy Playoff time won’t be that great. What are your thoughts? Would you bother adding him if you had the roster spot open?

You shouldn’t. Bynum won’t give you much since he will probably see limited minutes since the Lakers will try to keep him fresh for the playoffs.The last weeks of Fantasy Basketball are approaching. You need a player who can give you stats right away as you can’t afford to wait and essentially waste your last remaining slot on Bynum. If you have an open slot try adding Pietrus or if you want a big man get solid veterans like Dampier or Kurt Thomas as they will give you consistent rebounding and blocks. Andray Blatche is also a nice option if your desperate for depth. Also I think you should drop Perkins as he has struggled of late.
